About New Hope Christian Church
New Hope Christian Church was founded in September of 1999 with just three families. As we have grown through the years, still our purpose has stayed consistent. That is to be the kind of Church where people are encouraged to grow stronger in their faith, where lasting friendships thrive and where past hurts are healed. Our desire is to meet with people of all ages and backgrounds, and share with them the loving Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.
We invite you to come as you are and join us in a service of Praise & Worship. We think you’ll find the people friendly, atmosphere enjoyable, and the message encouraging. Each week’s topic is different, but you’ll always hear a message about a loving God from His uncompromising Word.
New Hope Christian Church is affiliated with an organization known as the International Fellowship of Christian Fellowships ( I.F.C.A.). This organization was formerly known as the C.C.N.A. which has been around for over a hundred years and originated out of the Azuza Street Revival (1906). Their tenants of faith are nearly identical to the Assemblies of GOD which was started at the same time. We at New Hope have been blessed to be associated with this great organization for almost ten years. Instead of being a lone ranger Church with no accountability, the I.F.C.A. affords us the support and fellowship we so richly enjoy.
We have recently relocated to Shelby Township, Michigan at the Northeast corner of Van Dyke and Smiley.
